1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” refers to
BALTIC HORIZON SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.
“Client”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual or legal entity using the website or purchasing services from the Company.
“Services” refers to consulting, advisory, analytical, and strategic services related to logistics, international trade, business consulting, marketing advisory, and supply chain management.
“Website” refers to the online platform operated by the Company where services and information are presented.
2. Scope of Services
BALTIC HORIZON Sp. z o.o. provides professional advisory services including but not limited to:
Logistics Consulting
• supply chain analysis and optimization
• route planning and logistics cost reduction
• carrier selection advisory
• warehouse and inventory management consulting
• crisis logistics consulting
International Trade Advisory (FEA / ВЭД)
• import and export consulting
• Incoterms 2020 advisory
• customs documentation guidance
• HS Code classification recommendations
• international trade contract review
Business Consulting
• business strategy consulting
• market analysis
• marketing and advertising advisory
• business process optimization
All consulting services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or licensed customs brokerage services unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
3. Service Delivery
Services may be provided in the following formats:
• online video consultations (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• written analytical reports
• advisory recommendations
• project consultations and strategic guidance
The exact scope of services, timelines, and pricing are defined during the booking process or through individual agreements with the Client.
Typical consultation sessions may range between €100 and €1000 depending on complexity and duration.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
• provide accurate and complete information relevant to the requested service
• provide necessary documentation when requested (contracts, invoices, shipment data, etc.)
• ensure payment is completed before the consultation or service begins
The Company shall not be responsible for inaccurate or incomplete results caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
5. Formation of Agreement
A legally binding agreement between the Client and BALTIC HORIZON Sp. z o.o. is formed when:
• the Client completes the booking process and payment is confirmed, or
• the Client accepts a written proposal or quotation issued by the Company.
6. Payment Terms
Payments for standard consulting services are generally required in advance.
For extended consulting projects or long-term advisory services, payment terms may be structured according to agreed project milestones.
Unless otherwise specified, consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has commenced, subject to applicable Polish and European consumer protection laws.
7. Refund Policy Reference
Refunds are governed by the Company's Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Clients are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before purchasing any service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
a) The Company does not guarantee specific financial results, logistics outcomes, or customs clearance approvals.
b) All recommendations are based on the information provided by the Client and regulations applicable at the time of consultation.
c) BALTIC HORIZON Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
• loss of profit
• delivery delays
• customs decisions
• third-party logistics failures.
d) The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to:
• texts
• descriptions
• graphics
• layouts
• analytical models
is the intellectual property of BALTIC HORIZON Sp. z o.o., unless otherwise indicated.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any website materials is strictly prohibited.
10. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party platforms for payments and communications, including but not limited to:
• Stripe
• PayPal
• video conferencing platforms
• hosting providers
BALTIC HORIZON Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the independent policies, processing times, or technical issues of such third-party services.
11. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• natural disasters
• government actions
• customs restrictions
• transport disruptions
• internet or technical failures.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Białystok, Poland.
13. Changes to Terms
BALTIC HORIZON Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The updated version becomes effective immediately upon publication on this website.
